Brian Adams
Alty Adcock
Alty will remember him for his cricketing achievements at the club and Leicestershire County Cricket Club. His cricketing knowledge and experience he passed on to all members of the club will certainly have a long lasting effect on the progress of the club. His voluntary time given as an active committee member, his willingness to help the club in any way and his determination to succeed at all levels, on and off the field of play will never be forgotten.
People like Alty are not easily found but we have been fortunate to have had such a person associated with our club and he will be remembered in our clubs history as ‘One of our cricketing greats’. We will be forever grateful to him for helping the club progress to the club it is today.
He had a great innings and he will always be remembered.

David Gray
Local lad David joined the Town in his early teens and played for the Clubs juniors before progressing in to the 1st XI where he stayed as a regular player. David was a useful allrounder and was known for his warming up sessions before coming on to bowl ( this continued through the team any time David was due to come on). David's nickname throughout the playing circuit was "G D". For many years David was the Club treasurer / secretary during his time at the Club. He now lives in Thringstone.
